She has created programs for students of all ages, training them in self-defense and competition. Her diverse background as a professional in both performing arts and martial arts provides her with a broad base of knowledge, skills, and empathy which she brings to her practice.

Jane’s approach to psychotherapy is rooted in active listening, allowing clients to collaborate in their treatment and experience transformation. What changes would you like to make in your life? How do you think therapy can help? Jane works with you to establish goals and a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle, philosophy, and unique needs. Whether reducing symptoms of anxiety or depression, processing trauma, or resolving issues of adjustment or identity, Jane will help you to identify your path, and provide you with respectful encouragement on your journey towards growth and healing.
