Karen holds an MS in Social Work from Columbia University and is licensed in New York and Massachusetts. She has contributed to the field through published research on group psychotherapy and leadership roles at mental health organizations. Having grown up in Venezuela, she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, and brings a genuine appreciation for the role of culture in shaping mental health.
